T In The Park – Review

Little Boots self confirm Reading and Leeds Appearance

In a recent interview with NME.com Little Boots confirmed that she would be playing a host of UK Festivals this year, including Bestival, T In The Park, Reading and Leeds and Glastonbury. She also quashed rumours that she would be playing this years V Festival.

She also said that she hopes her early fans don’t think that she’s sold out as she’s gotten more popular.

Little Boots is now the second artist to confirm for the Reading and Leeds festivals alongside Kings of Leon.

Reading and Leeds festivals take place this year between the Bank Holiday weekend of Friday 28th to Sunday 30th August this year.

Tickets for the festival go on sale on Friday 30th March at 7pm with the official line up and price details being made available only hours earlier.

T In The Park sold out

If you were still contemplating whether to buy tickets for this years T In The Park then it’s too late. All weekend with camping tickets have completely sold out with only day tickets and weekend non-camping passes available.

The news comes as four new acts have been announced, The Game, Jeff Mills, Of Montreal and indie newcomers Friendly Fires.

Saturday and Sunday combined tickets are still available for £145. There are also event ticket and return bus travel packages on sale still, which include a weekend non-camping pass or a Saturday and Sunday package. There are no single day tickets left.

Kings Of Leon, The Killers, Blur and Snow Patrol will headline this year’s event which will take place at Balado, Kinross-shire from Friday 10th to Sunday 12th July.

The Mars Volta self confirm T In The Park appearance

The Los Angeles eight piece, The Mars Volta have hinted to fans that they will play T In The Park, just one day before the official announcement date.

In a blog post on their Myspace site, The Mars Volta remind fans that a press conference will be held tomorrow along with details of how to get tickets for this years event.

This years T In The Park will be held between Friday 10th and Sunday 12th July at Balado, Kinross-shire in Scotland. Tickets go on sale on Friday 27th March at 9am.
